Global’s Public Sector Department supplies and supports both tactical and commercial equipment to a wide range of customers, including the military, national & local government departments as well as financial institutions. two major suppliers can offer both tactical and commercial equipment to satisfy all our customers needs.
Digital
Our Digital Department focuses on delivering TETRA digital, secure and highly flexible radio solutions which are ideally suited for small systems like emergency services, airports and municipalities but also for the larger, nationwide and mission critical communications. TETRA is the superior communications technology which delivers both clear digital and secure voice and data communications. This department also designs, implements and maintains TETRA network core platforms as well as offering a wide range of base stations, handheld and mobile terminals from multiple suppliers. We help service providers to embrace this change with network management and operations (OSS), revenue and customer management (BSS), communication services, core network and network functions virtualization (NFV), infrastructure, and application development and maintenance (ADM).
Telecommunications
Telecommunication products offered by IRAQ HORIZON Communications are designed, engineered and implemented using equipment and technology from one or more of our strategic supplier partners. We provide secure, carrier-grade, converged network infrastructures that enable service providers to efficiently deliver traditional TDM services, while offering a smooth migration path to the next generation of services. Whether wired or wireless, using Aviat and Sagittar network solutions, Global offers voice, data, IP, TDM and multimedia services. Global Communications has recently signed a partnership agreement with Nokia and can now offer the Nokia range of communication products such as Fixed Network Solutions, IP routing, Microwave and Air Scale wi-fi to name a few
Technical & System Integration
The Technical department is managed by a Technical Manager; supported by Project, Configuration and Quality Assurance Managers. They are responsible for the logistic support of the field technicians in the 9 Provinces.
It also has a Workshop that is managed by a Workshop Supervisor which is responsible for the logistic support of the bench technicians.
Services include:

Our engineering services are provided by a four-tiered system where each tier represents a competency level: i.e. technical specialist, senior technical specialist and technical consultant.
